From double belly roll to sculpted abs
A double belly roll can be cause by excess of fat from diet high in sugar, unhealthy fats or calories a sedentary lifestyle. conditions like bloating from gas, indigestion, or water retention can cause temporary swelling and bulge.
Have in mind that it can also be the result from stretch abdominal skin and muscles from pregnancy .
When it comes about me Iβve been pregnant 3 times which results of my body change like gain weight, stretch marks but on the top of that my unhealthy lifestyle my junk food addiction yoyo diet without consistency lead to having a double belly roll for years .
Once I starting my weight loss and fitness journey being on calorie deficit i consume food which facilitate digestion as whole grain , fiber drink more water pressed veg / fruit juice unlike junk food and fizzy drink high in sugar . Which takes longer to digest . Have in mind that for your abs to be visible you need to reduce your overall body fat percentage and genetics play a part too .
When it comes about which exercises I practiced to sculpt my abs well I regularly do deep core exercises to strengthen my core and abs exercises to sculpt it
I often do as finisher after a full body workout or my regular road running.
