A clean diet for a great body function

As I often stated that my junk food addiction in the past leaded to health issues , Iike skin rashes that I developed especially on my hands . My lifestyle was so unhealthy and I do believe that all the processed food consumed caused skin allergies. Have in mind that processed foods can cause skin allergies, particularly atopic dermatitis, due to their high levels of refined sugar, unhealthy fats, gluten, and additives like sulfites, artificial sweeteners, and certain food dyes.

For years I daily consumed it and ignored all health issues facing despite being in pain . As those rashes was uneasy to live with. Consulting Dermatologist or GP won't change anything as the issues was my constant junk food consumption.

Once I took the resolution to change my lifestyle and starting my wellness and fitness journey and prioritize food rich in nutrients I could definitely see my skin improving.

We have the privilege to have healthy food which are excellent for our body function it is a waste to not consumed it enough.

Here food that you can eat for your skin to glow

- Fatty fish

Which are rich in Omega 3 fatty fat vitamins C and E, and antioxidants. These nutrients protect against sun damage, boost collagen production, reduce inflammation, and promote skin hydration and repair.

Fruits like citrus (oranges, grapefruit), berries (strawberries, blueberries), and tropical fruits (papaya, mango, kiwi) are excellent for skin glow because they are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and hydration. These nutrients help protect against damage, boost collagen, exfoliate dead skin cells, and keep the skin hydrated and bright.
