From big back to sculpted back
Big back the slang term referring to someone overweight specifically concerning the upper body .
Well I have for years being a big back carrier despite the fact that this term is often use in a funny way . I can tell you that I was facing a lot pain in my lower back due to my excessive weight I carried which was very uneasy to live with.
Once I decided it was time to make changes in my lifestyle and drop that weight been on Calories deficit started to work on my back and how to sculpt it.
You have to know that the back has a large number of muscles so for a complete workout you will need to target multiple areas.
Here some of my back exercises I do regularly to “unbig” my back and sculpt it using dumbbells and body weight
- Narrow and wide row (dumbbells)
-Underhand row (dumbbells)
-Rear fly (dumbbells)
-Scapular squeeze (dumbbells)
- Star fish (No equipment)
- Pull up bar
