Loaded Avocado with Egg turkey Tuna

ingredients:

Avocado

Turkey

Tuna

Vegan peri peri mayonnaise

Sesame seeds

Chia seeds

Preparation:

Cut the avocados in two pieces

Smash the egg add the peri peri mayo sauce and mix it

Repeat the same process for the turkey

Mix the tuna with the peri peri mayo sauce

Once done spread the mixture on the avocados

You add sesame seeds on the top or chia seeds

Accompanied with Quinoa or Cauliflower Rice depending on your preference
