High vitamin C Orange Mango Smoothie

ingredients:

Orange

Mango

Oat Milk

Chia seeds ( optional)

Honey (optional)

Preparation:

Peel the oranges and cut them into slices

Repeat the same process for the mango

Put the orange and mango pieces into the blender pour the oat milk inside and blend it.

Once done pour the smoothie into a strainer to remove the pulps from it

Put the smoothie into a jar and sprinkle with Chia Seeds .

Drink it cold
