Cheesy stuffed cabbage

Ingredients :

Savoy cabbage

Ground beef

Rice

Onion

Cheese

Soy sauce

Balsamic glaze

Peri peri Mayo

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350F

Wash your cabbage leaves then cut the cabbage roots end ( you can do it after boiling them as well) which gives a V shape

Then boil your cabbage and rice

Cut the onions into small pieces and add to the ground beef seasoned with the spices of your choice .

Once the Cabbage and Rice it’s ready drain it lie your cabbage leaf on the kitchen board then fill it with the rice and ground beef mixture once done roll your cabbage and place it in the baking dish

In small bowl just add soy sauce balsamic glaze and Peri peri mayo mix it and spread it on the top of your cabbage rolls once done add the cheese

Place into the oven for 75- 90 minutes

Let’s cool for 15 minutes
