Caramelized pineapple Mango Coconut Chia seeds pudding

Ingredients:

Chia seeds

Pineapple

Mango

Coconut milk

Coconut flakes

Cinnamon powder

Walnut

Edible flowers (optional)

Preparation:

Pour Chia seeds in a bowl add coconut milk cinnamon powder and honey mix it and let rest in the fridge for 1 hours or overnight

Cut the pineapple and the mango in pieces separate it. In frying pan put the pineapple pieces in add little bit of honey and cinnamon powder then stir it until caramelized

Once done put the mango pieces into a little jar or fruit pot add the Chia seeds soaked on the top finally add the caramelized pineapple and the coconut flakes also the walnuts chopped on the top of the Chia pudding

You can add the edible flowers but it's only optional
