Spicy Fish tacos

Ingredients:

Mini tortilla wraps

Sweet corn

Green chillies

Avocado

Carrot

Cabbage (red and white )

Honey

Mustard

Vinegar

Olive oil

Sole fish fillets

Preparation :

Preheat your oven at 338F

Cut the fish fillets into pieces and let the fish marinade in the mustard ,vinegar, olive oil honey mixture once done put it on the side .

Cut the green chillies in pieces add the sweet corn with the seasoning of your choice once done make your home made coleslaw.

Slice the cabbages and grate the carrots do not forget to cut your avocado

Place in oven the marinated sole fillets with sweet corn and chillies let it cook until golden .

You can also season your coleslaw .

One the fish and sweet corn ready place your tortillas in the oven for few minutes

When Slightly crispy you can add your toppings
