Seeded Salmon pomegranate quinoa salad

Ingredients:

Pomegranate

Spring onions

Spinach

Avocado

Quinoa

Salmon

Sesame seeds

Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

Pre heat your oven at 350F

Seasoning the salmon at your desired and sprinkle with sesame seeds make sure the seeds stay on the fish add spring onions once done place it on tray and in the oven .

Boil the quinoa for 15 min at medium heat

Once done prepare the salad dressing mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Once cooked removed the salmon from the oven

Mix the Quinoa , spinach , avocado pomegranate together pour the salad dressing on top add the Salmon

Your Salad is ready !
