Quinoa avocado prawn salad

Ingredients:

Prawns

Avocado

Quinoa

Lemon

Preparation:

Season the prawns add lemon juice once done place them in the frying pan and cook them until golden .

Boil the quinoa for 10 minutes then drain it

Season the quinoa to your taste add the prawns press the lemon juice and mix it

Once done place the salad in the bowl
