Crispy black rice salmon spinach avocado cucumber salad

Ingredients:

-Black

-Cucumber

-Avocado

-Spring onions

-Salmon

- salad dressing (olive oil balsamic vinegar)

Preparation:

Pre heat oven at 338F

Boil the rice for 18 min

Cut the cucumber avocado and the spring onions in dice .

Season the salmon and once the rice cooked drain it place in the preheat oven with salmon and onions spring

Make sure the rice is crispy and the salmon and onions are roasted

Once done mix rice salmon onions avocado and cucumber in a salad bowl pour the dressing on top ( olive oil balsamic vinegar) .
