They will be doubtful about your results

I don't voice it simply because I decide to not let negative and petty comments cast a shadow over my achievement.

In the world where slowly and surely AI is taking over Internet with fake videos or editing pictures people will be doubtful of your achievement.

People will come with the conclusion you might went through surgery ( sleeve gastrectomy, bypass, liposuction …) to reach your goal.

Well I have to say I applaud and I'm proud of anybody who decide to finally take care of their health drop that weight, stay fit , be physically often .

Be focused on stay consistent , discipline and prioritize healthy diet instead of being on this damn couch and living that sedentary lifestyle killing softly but surely regardless of what you have used as options to get there .

But I have to clearly say that NOT everyone runs to surgery to accomplish their goals(I DID NOT). Some journey you have people who put on table hard work naturally without any help because, they believe in themselves and know it isn't impossible no matter the time it will take they trust the process . Waking up early even if some days they do not feeling it and still showing up and do the work regardless the weather. Some people are parents (I am) of one, two, three,four kids with responsibility and still showing up and do the work simply because they have a goal and the determination to get where they want to be.

You do not know what you can accomplish with a strong mindset, consistency, discipline you are powerful more than you think do not let anyone telling you the opposite.

Do not feel that your journey is worthless because of the options you choose to maintain and take care of your overall health because someone with probably no physical activity telling you so.
